Step to be carried out near the organization financorThe service request financial of the training expenses is to be addressed to the funds of insurance formation temporary work (FAF-TT), which determines its own rules of assumption of responsibility of the ancillary costs (inscription, transport, lodging…). Remuneration of the traineeThe wages of reference taken into account correspond to the remuneration perceived for the mission during which the trainee deposited his request for authorization of absence. When the request is deposited in the three months which follows the last contract of mission, the wages of reference correspond to the wages of the last mission carried out in the company where the rights were acquired. When the CIF comprises part-time interruptions or periods, only the periods of formation open right to remuneration. Situation of temporary work in CIFThe duration of the leave is comparable at one period of mission for the calculation of the rights relating to the seniority and the vacation. The trainee is then titular of a contract of mission-formation. There remains affiliated to the same modes of social protection. At the conclusion of the formationAt the conclusion of the formation, temporary work can take again the stopped mission if it expressed of it the intention at the time of his departure in formation. In the event of impossibility, the company of interim must propose another contract to him.
